One of the primary issues that the human being had to solve, is seeking a shelter to protect himself under a roof and a defined space for living. Through this single act emerged the phenomenon of roofing, ensuring humans to move further in the run up to “real housing” approach. From then on, a roof is not just perceived as a frame, but rather as an essential element for any intimate and personal space to be considered as such.

This is the idea behind Teulat, which means “roof” in Valencian – a desire to promote personal and intimate environments powered by design.

We are the second generation of a family-run business highly committed to find its own place in a sector we deeply dominate and respect as a result of many years of hard work and dedication.

We design furniture with the aim of creating both comfortable and functional spaces for people like you: sideboards to preserve your most beloved books, drawers to keep your precious secrets, chairs to savour the sweetest meals, armchairs to enjoy everlasting conversations…

A Mediterranean live is about warmness and touch.
