Eat with Villa Indiano

Villa Indiano, gastronomy, cultural garden and events in one of the most beautiful houses in the Huerta Valenciana.

On June 10, 2022 and after intense rehabilitation work, the century-old villa located in front of the Burjassot metro station opened its doors to the name of Villa Indiano: a leisure space with restaurant, gastronomic garden and cultural and events area, which has already become a point of reference for those looking for a leisure alternative outside the city to enjoy an experience that goes beyond gastronomy.
Inside, the original layout of the villa’s rooms has been maintained hand have five rooms for the restaurant.
The gastronomy of Villa Indiano tries to sublimate traditional Valencian cuisine and thus continue the line of work started in Alma del Temple, another of the projects of the same team. The stars of the menu are rice, grilled meats and fish and, above all, the seasonal products provided by the garden that surrounds the town: its pantry.
The garden of Villa Indiano becomes a meeting point and citizen coexistence, a vertex of union between the periphery and the city with the orchard as a backdrop.
Live music, yoga workshops, activities focused on well-being; workshops designed for menudets; book clubs; guided tours of the tangible and intangible heritage of Burjassot; creativity, crafts, ceramics, recycling or bicycle repair workshops; proposals related to gastronomy or wine; Games such as trivia or musiquiz or Emporta’t l’Horta, the local products market that promotes direct contact between local farmers and consumers, have attracted users wanting to experience an alternative leisure time in a relaxed atmosphere, outdoors and out of the city.
